
Pre-bake your pie crust in a muffin pan for 10-15 minutes.
6 large eggs
1 cup half and half
3/4 cup white cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/2 chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped cooked bacon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Mix up egg mixture, pour into rebaked pie crust and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
